The Enigmatic Symphonies of Instrumentism #21 by Lewis Gesner

Hammock

Take a small sheet or piece of linen and hold it between the two hands so that is forms
a hammock.  Place one object in the valley of the hammock and sort of swish it around,
letting it roll back and forth inside the linen form.  Now, add another, swishing them
around together and letting them bump and roll over each other. Now add another,
swishing and bouncing them around together. Do this with several combinations selected
from a box of arbitrary common objects.

 Shift Song

Place a large piece of parchment paper on the floor. Spill a bit of sand onto it, and
place another piece of parchment on top.  Rub the two pieces of parchment against
each other where they rest.
